Celebrate Easter with a festive morning at Gilmanton Winery, featuring a thoughtfully curated four-course brunch in a beautiful spring setting. Each course will be served at a relaxed pace, allowing guests to savor the flavors and enjoy the warm atmosphere of the winery. Specialty Easter-themed drinks will also be available for purchase, adding a seasonal touch to your brunch experience.
FIRST COURSE: Spring Citrus Salad Peppery arugula tossed with blood orange, fresh basil and toasted almonds with a light champagne vinaigrette
SECOND COURSE: Carrot Ginger Soup Velvety carrot and ginger soup, finished with a swirl of coconut cream, toasted pistachios, and fresh chives
THIRD COURSE: (One Entree Choice)
Maple Dijon Ham Honey dijon glazed ham with gruyère whipped potato, roasted baby carrots and mustard jus
Herb Roasted Chicken Herb roasted chicken, lemon parmesan risotto and roasted asparagus
Pan-Seared Salmon Pan-seared salmon with lemon-dill hollandaise, roasted asparagus, and herb fingerling potatoes
Creme Brûlée French Toast Brioche french toast with a caramelized brûléed sugar crusted vanilla custard served with fresh berries
FOURTH COURSE: Strawberry Cheesecake Almond crust, strawberry coulis, fresh strawberries and whipped cream
When purchasing tickets, please be sure to include your choice of entree in the notes section at checkout. If children will be attending, please indicate how many so we can prepare a special Easter treat for them.
