We have so many ideas for this coming year!! We’re working on a new Lite Bites menu, and more Murder Mystery events too! This is the fun part for us! Especially when we’re coming up with food ideas. I mean, they almost make me salivate! Part of serving great food is making sure we make them first, then try them out. We also have to know which wine to pair with it. Oh, the benefits of working at a winery!
Some of our ideas for the new Lite Bites menu include:
Caprese Salsa served with either tortilla or pita chips
a Chocolate Hummus served with fruit and bread
A Hearty Charcuterie as well as a Light Charcuterie
A Make Your Own Board (we give you several choices including a smothered goat cheese)
We’re also doing sandwiches again (A Maple Bacon, Lettuce greens, & tomato, A Honey Mustard, Ham & Gruyere Cheese, or a Grilled Cheese served several ways)
We’re also looking at different ways to do Murder Mysteries. We’ve done the Murder Mystery Dinners but we wanted something different and maybe even one that has everyone moving around.
None of this is cemented in stone but it’s looking good!
