Our next dinner is on, Friday, May 10th
Chef Susan will be preparing the meal that night,
and preparing appetizers to be enjoyed during the
cocktail hour, 5:30-6:30
Then we'll begin the meal with,
Spring Vegetable with French Pesto
(fresh parsley instead of basil)
Braised Boneless Short Rib Stroganoff,
with peas and pearl onions serve over Pappardelle Pasta
Bleu Cheese and Lemon Chicken
(tender chicken breast topped with a creamy bleu cheese cream
and toasted bread crumbs)
Caramel Bread Pudding with Whipped Cream
and Homemade Caramel Sauce
As usual, lovely and talented Cat Faulkner will be singing.
If you need a vegetarian option please feel free to let us know.
