Then we'll begin the meal with,
Poached Pears and Toasted Walnuts over greens
with Warm Cider Vinaigrette
Prime Rib served with Rich and Creamy Thanksgiving Mashed Potatoes
and Maple Glazed Carrots
Butter Basted Salmon with Lemon and Capers served with
Mediterranean Vegetable Risotto and Parmesan Roasted Broccoli
Both are served with Home Made Rolls and Bread with Sweet Butter
honoring all branches of service
